Requirements Several Years experience in a busy food and beverage as well as entertainment establishments Have managed larger teams and trained with a focus on service and the guest experience Current RSA and solid experience on the bar and with cocktails Opening experience is highly desireable Have fantastic communications skills with employees and guests alike Solid financial acumen and experience with P&L and reporting Have a strong background in all operations, systems and some knowledge of IT ideal Above all are a passionate and outgoing personality that strives for the best guest experience What's in it for you?
